ImagesHotel offers to lodge your images and digital photographs free. The users of our service can download images as many as allows their account. They can thus share them on Internet by a simple link (which we automatically provide for each image) to insert in on page Internet, the forum, advertisement of bidding or by email with other people connected to the WEB.

The users have the possibility of creating photograph galleries or albums of images starting from the downloaded files which they will be able to share on line with other people.

You are authorized to only register you with 1 (one) free account.
Any member suspecté to use several free accounts, will be unobtrusive of our downloaded system like all the images.
Moreover, we reserve ourselves the right to claim the generated expenses and the shortfall by such an abuse.

We do not authorize the transfer of contents reserved to the adults. This includes the images containing of the scenes the naked ones or many sexual positions. We do not authorize either the images describing of the activities or of the illegal topics We do not authorize the images which are not your property. The people who will transfer from the illegal files will see the account and addresses IP blocked and will not be able to reach our services any more. The competent authorities could also be contacted if the topic of the images proves to be illegal.

ImagesHotel reserves the royalties on the contents of this site. All the transferred files are the property of their respective owners. You are not authorized to use the images of ImagesHotel without the written agreement of ImagesHotel or the owner of the image.

In the event of defect (hardware and software), ImagesHotel could not be held for person in charge of the loss of your data (images, photographs, etc). The service of lodging makes it possible to display your images on Internet and is not conceived like system of backup for your images or photographs. In the event of engineering problems, the team will put all works about it in order to recover the data which will be able the being. Each member must preserve these images, photographs original allowing him to again download them in the event of problem or of loss.

You must be the owner of the images which you download or to have of them the rights of use of the respective owner for all images that you download on our site.

Any found image which would not observe our general terms, will be unobtrusive without warning. And it account will be cancelled.
Any member who does not observe our general terms of use, will see his unobtrusive account of ImagesHotel without warning. No refunding will be granted for the accounts PRO which does not observe our conditions.

In the event of abuse, we reserve ourselves the right to transmit your data as addresses IP to the competent authorities.

Count PRO the account PRO is a paying lodging which is renewed automatically for the period selected at the time of your first payment. The advantages of the account PRO are detailed on the welcome page of the ImagesHotel site.
If you wish to cancel your account PRO, you must do it before the expiration date directly on the PayPal site directly by connecting you to your account and that 24 hours before the automatic renewal of your subscription by PayPal.

ImagesHotel does not make any refunding on the subscriptions which are not cancelled within the deadlines. In this case, it automatically will be renewed for the period and will be cancelled at the end of this one if you asked it on your PayPal account.

ImagesHotel does not make any taking away on your credit card, only the PayPal company proceeds and is authorized to do it.

ImagesHotel envoit never of email to ask for your name of user to you or your word-of-passes and even less from information on your PayPal account or credit card.
