General questions

My images are not displayed any more! In does the place an image going beyond of band-width appear?

That means that you consumed all the band-width (300Mb) of your free account for the current month. Your images will again appear 1st month following your inscription. Ex: if your inscription at summer made the 10 and that the 28 of the month your images do not appear any more, it will be necessary to await the 10 of the month so that your band-width is given to zero and to benefit again from your 300Mb free where to consider an account pro.
To see which of your images are greediest into tape-busy appointment in “My Images”. In lower part of each miniature you will find the size and the consumption of this one.

How long do the images remain on line?

On ImagesHotel, there is not (contrary to the other shelterers on line) of time or duration for the lodging of your images. Our server of digital images on line in these two formulas (Free and Pro) leave the management of the downloaded files to its owners. We do not erase your images even after a long period of non-utilization.

How to have a gallery or an album without advertising stringcourses?

As a PRO mode you do not have any more the advertising banners which are displayed in top and bottom of your gallery. Moreover there is no more transfer on your new downloaded images. (if you downloaded images in free service, it is enough to again download them by replacing the old images by the news.)

Are the images/galleries in free access? (Or visible by all).

Not, to display an image or gallery, it is necessary to know the name of the image or the gallery and the name of the member. It is thus absolutely impossible to display an image without to have received the exact link to display it.

Why my images GIF are converted into png?

Only images GIF larger than 200x200 pixel are converted into png on the free accounts. The accounts PRO are not affected by this limitation.

At the time of my inscription I did not receive an email of validation.

If you did not receive our email of validation of account or that you forgot your data of connection on ImagesHotel, we can forward them to you not email to the address provided at the time of your inscription. It is enough to make the request on the page of recall of the data.

Questions about the Accounts

Which are the supported formats?

ImagesHotel supports the images and photographs downloaded with formats JPEG, GIF and png.

Which is the maximum size authorized by image?

The authorized maximum size depends on the type of account which you have (Free or Pro), just as the width and the maximum height used by downloaded images. The images with a bigger size than the maximum allowed will be rejected. The images with larger a width and size which your account authorizes will be automatically redimensionnées.

How much images can I store?

The number of images that you will be able to store (to download) depends on the type of account which you have. Please consult our table on the Welcome page of ImagesHotel for more details. Note that there is no limit on the number of downloadings which you can make, just on the number of images stored on your account. This limit can be fixed by the memory capacity that we give you, or the maximum number of the whole of your images. You can remove images of your account constantly to make place with new images.

What is what Ca wants to say “Going beyond of band-width”?
Why in the place of my images, I have an image going beyond of band-width?

Imageshotel offers the lodging of your images to you free on the Net. For a normal use, free lodging is enough in the majority to the cases. If you insert your images on sites into very great multitude, it may be that the traffic which we place at the disposal free is not enough any more. To cure this problem and if you hope to have a use with strong traffic, it is advised to use the version PRO. Not only there is no limit in version PRO, but also you contribute by your subscription to support the expenditure of the site.

Is what I can do a link with my images after having downloaded them?

Yes. We allow you to once make a direct link with your images they are downloaded. We provide automatically you link URL for each image, as well as various codes HTML and links of insertion to insert them on a page Internet and the bbcode for the publication on the majority of compatible forums Internet bbcode (ex: phpbb, vbulletin, IPB, Yabb, etc).

Is what I can see/erase/reach my downloaded images?

Yes. Once you are identified on the server, you can see all your images, publish them, erase, re-elect, create galleries etc

Y T it has a format of image that surImagesHotel is not accepted?

Yes. Any image which violates our general terms of use (CGU) cannot be lodged on our site. We reserve ourselves the right to remove without notice all the images which we estimate not to respect our general terms of use, and will be able to suspend or erase the accounts of the members who will not observe our General terms.

How to have a free account?

To create a free account, it is enough to go on our page of inscription. You should choose a name of user (identifier) and a password which you will use to reach on your account. We ask you to be registered with a valid email because we send to you at your address email a link to click to validate your inscription.

Can I have several count?

Not! we authorize only one “1” account by address IP and address email. The accounts doubled blooms are unobtrusive without notice.
If you are several to use same connection or the same data-processing station, it may be that one of your accounts is then interpreted like a doubled bloom and is erased by the system without notice!

How to reach on my account?

Once you are registered and confirmed your address email, you can connect yourselves on the connection page or the welcome page. Once the made identification, you can download images, see the images which you stored on the server, to obtain the link of insertion for each image, to send them by email to your friends, them to erase, redimensionner, etc

I do not receive the email of validation of my account.

If you did not receive the email of validation of account, not made a request for references directly since the server or while clicking here. (Check that our message was not transferred in your box “undesirable mails” or “SPAM”)

I forgot my password or my identifier.

If you forgot your data of connection on ImagesHotel, we can forward them to you not email to the address provided at the time of your inscription. For that, follow the instructions on the page of recall of the data.

I do not wish that my images appear on the welcome page.

If you wish that your downloaded images not be displayed by chance on our welcome page, you are requested to re-elect your images so that their names start with zz. (ex: you download an image with the name pomme.gif, it is necessary for you to re-elect it zzpomme.gif)

How to pass in version Pro?

If the functions suggested on the Gratuit account are not enough for you, you can pass in Pro version with on the upgrade page. The Pro version costs only 3.95 per month (you profit from a reduction as from 3 months of inscription). We use the platform of payment of eBay PayPal, and for the majority of the inscriptions, the update of your account is done automatically after your payment.

I have just registered me in version PRO and I still do not have the access!

Because of the risk of fraud per credit card, we voluntarily delay several hours the validation of the accounts PRO. The update of your account of the free version in PRO can take from 2 to 6 a.m. After this amount of time, if your account is still not up to date, do not hesitate to contact us by email.

The subscription of my account PRO was automatically cancelled?!

If you did not bring up to date your data banking at PayPal. Your account PRO will be automatically cancelled 2 days after the failure of the payment.
To avoid this problem, think of bringing up to date your data of credit card on your PayPal account. Be attentive with the messages which are sent to you by PayPal concerning the errors of processing of the payment of your subscription.
ImagesHotel cannot inform you of the payments not carried out because this part is managed by the PayPal company.
